Crafts for easter

Easter is the day for many people to think of eggs, the Easter Bunny and chicks, the feast of fertility. That is very nice, but not quite where it actually all about.
Good Friday is the day when Jesus died on the cross and Easter is a Christian celebration of the resurrection of Jesus. Nobody had expected that, but it really happened. You can compare a bit with a real egg: It looks as if it is dead, but there is a chicken alive! So if you eat with Easter eggs, then you might think of the Lord Jesus, who has become alive again.

Easter is not always on the same date. It is celebrated on the first Sunday after the first full moon at the start of the spring.

There are also a lot of things to make for Easter. So the chicks, easter bunny and eggs are here again. It remains of course fun to make them. On this page you will find a number of things.
